Terms of Service
This website provides information about the residencies, studio services and memberships offered by Ikalto Micro Art Residence. Details and availability may change. Information on a page does not by itself confirm a booking or another agreement.
Residency applications
An application is a request for consideration, not a reservation. We review applications individually. If we can offer a residency, we send an invitation stating the room, dates, total fee, prepayment and payment deadline.
A residency is confirmed after the required prepayment is received. The Booking & Cancellation Terms cover payments, changes, refunds and credits. The Shared Living & Studio Guidelines cover use of the residence and equipment. Both documents are available before payment.
Memberships
Membership payments are processed through Stripe. The amount and billing frequency are shown before subscribing. Members can manage or cancel a subscription using the member portal linked from the website.
Membership and residency bookings are separate arrangements. Any particular membership benefits are described where they are offered.
Studio services
Studio sessions and other services are arranged individually. Dates, facilities, fees and any specific conditions are agreed before confirmation.
Submitted materials
Information and portfolio links submitted with an application are used to review the request. You retain ownership of your creative work. Submitting it does not grant permission for publication or commercial use. Please provide only material you are entitled to share.
Payments and personal information
Stripe provides payment and invoicing services. We use information needed to manage applications, memberships and confirmed arrangements. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Updates and contact
We may update website information or correct errors. Updates do not automatically change arrangements already confirmed. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
