We collect the information needed for residency applications, bookings, studio services and memberships, including contact details, identification information, stay dates and payment records. Guest information also helps us assist people in emergencies or other exceptional circumstances.

We also collect basic website usage statistics.

Who receives information

We use Tilda for our website, Supabase for records and Stripe for payments. WhatsApp processes messages sent through that service. We may share relevant guest details with police or emergency services when necessary and lawful.

After your stay

We delete guest details from our residency records after the stay ends. Payment providers may retain transaction records, and records required by law may be kept for the applicable period.
