Participants beyond three: +50 GEL each. Cleaning for more than eight: +100 GEL. Extras are charged once per booking. A full-day rate includes eight hours; additional hours cost 100 GEL/hour.

Cancelled bookings free their dates and retain recorded, non-refundable payments. Deletion removes the booking and its payments from financial totals.

Monthly budget
Accommodation revenue follows manual base prices plus extension agreements matching the current check-out, including provisional reservations, allocated by occupied nights. Studio revenue follows session dates, all recorded studio payments their payment dates. Cancelled bookings free their dates; non-refundable payments remain in received income and revenue until deleted. Rent uses the NBG rate on the 3rd; other expenses use their entry dates. Airbnb calendar blocks have no monetary value; recorded Airbnb payouts count on their payout dates.
