WORK OF FAITH AND DEVOTION
Since 2018, we have been the only venue in Tbilisi where you can listen to unconventional music with great sound quality. Nearly all the experimental musicians who have visited Georgia from abroad have performed here.
Ikalto Micro Art Residence is situated on the 9th floor of a Soviet residential building that had been erected on one of the city’s peaks: Ikalto Hill. Such elevation provides peacefulness, fresh air, and magnificent views from the rooms and balconies on both sides of the building – north and south. Guests and residents are welcome – and can never resist – to observe rooftops, hills, and mountains, different with every season and especially beautiful at the sunrise.
Our spacious flat is a result of conjoining two separate flats, one of which was built to be a sculptor’s atelier, and boast 6 metres high ceiling – a necessary condition also for recording sound.
